These Terms of Use apply to your use of Focus3. By using Focus3, you agree to these terms.
Focus3 does not require sign-in, registration, or an online account.
Focus3 stores your task data locally on your device. You are responsible for managing your own device, app data, and backups. If you delete the app from your device, your locally stored Focus3 data may also be deleted.
Focus3 may offer optional local reminders, such as morning or evening reminders. You can enable or disable notifications through the app or your device settings.
Focus3 is a productivity and personal planning tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
Focus3 is intended to help you organize and focus on your tasks, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome, productivity improvement, habit change, or personal result.
You agree to use Focus3 only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not misuse, damage, or interfere with the app or other users’ experience.
Focus3 does not include in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features in this version.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of Focus3 from time to time. Future versions may include different features or optional paid functionality.
Focus3 is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Focus3.
